The company, which has a factory at Halleaths, Lochmaben is to supply plant for a cement manufacturing firm in Shanghai. Brian Williams director and general manager said it is a major breakthrough to penetrate the Chinese market. The company which specialises in building concrete roof tiles for export has supplied three concrete roof tile manufacturing plants in Malaysia during the past six months. It also has business links with southern Africa, Hungary, Ghana, Tanzania and the Philippines.
