Unidentified brickworks
Find location would suggest Scottish origins but….. very likely a Weir Castlecary product, although Glenboig and Dykehead bricks have also been found marked T16.

Chock states:- I took this photo which shows some old bricks still in place at an estate which houses a sugar mill in Nasugbu, Batangas, Philippines. Found in Airdrie. I believe this to be a product of the Castlecary Fireclay & Lime Works, Castlecary, Stirlingshire. See below for my thoughts. . . . . This FCS stamped brick was found among many similar marks in a pile of bricks in Airdrie. Also in the pile were Glenboig, Rawyards Glasgow and Glentore…
