This brick was found among numerous Gartcraig bricks dumped in a landfill hole just off Gartcraig Road, Glasgow, not far from the site of the old Gartcraig Fireclay Works.
It is very similar in style and colour to Gartcraig bricks and as such it is very likely that this was manufactured by the
Gartcraig Fire Clay Works, By Millerston, Glasgow.
