Gartrcraig brick found in Nanaimo, British Columbia, Canada

Found by Lorna Beecroft. Lorna states ” We found a Gartcraig brick today when we were cleaning up the bricks and debris from a chimney I tore down that was original to our house. There was only one of these bricks mixed in with other local bricks in the chimney and boy, would we ever love to know the story behind that! The old farmhouse was built in 1907 in South Wellington which is part of Nanaimo, British Columbia, Canada. Nanaimo was a major coal town and there were Welsh miners here at that time”
