A Baird & Son Greenfield

Found by Eddie McLean in the Glasgow area.

The gap in the lettering between ‘Baird’ and ‘&’ seems too wide and ‘son’ looks to be on a curve and extends beyond the second line of text which it does not on the left-hand side. It, therefore, appears that the large crack in the brick happened during or before firing causing the distortion of the stamp.
