Could be NO or N0 (zero)

Chris Waller states – This is a nozzle from a bottom-pour ladle for molten iron. The bottom of the stopper-rod sits in it to hold the liquid metal. When the stopper-rod is lifted the iron pours out into the ingot moulds.
