Glenshinnock Tilework, Bishopton, Renfrewshire

25/04/1855 – North British Agriculturist – Materials of tilework for sale. There will be sold by public roup, on Saturday, 12th May next at Glenshinnoch, Parish of Erskine, unless previously disposed of by private bargain. The whole of the materials of Glenshinnoch Tilework consisting of the tile makers house, extensive drying sheds and shelving, kiln, pugmill, a very good ‘Scraggs’ tile machine, sundry elements, slate table &c. Glenshinnoch is about half a mile from Bishopton Station on the Greenock Railway. Farther particulars may be learned on application to John Gibson, Erskine, Glasgow. The roup will commence at 12 o’clock noon. Erskine, 20th April, 1855.
