Below – 21/09/1846 – Glasgow Herald – The materials of the Bank Tile Work on teh Estate of Castlehill near Ayr containing about 250 feet of drying sheds, the shelves all done up with foreign wood, an excellent steam engine of 6 horse power, bruising rollers, pugmill, two of the celebrated Tweedale tile moulding machines with gearings and attachments all complete. The whole in excellent going order and can be shown any day at work by the foreman on the premises. Pariculars may be learned by applying to Robert Boyle, Fullarton Street, Ayr.
