Found on Bo’ness Firth of Forth.

Callendar Brick & Fireclay Co Ltd, Glen Works, Glen Village, Falkirk.

No information found on this brickmark but Callendar Colliery was also known as the Glenrig Mine and was associated with the Callendar Brick & Fireclay Co Ltd, so it seems reasonable that the GLENRIG brickmark may have originated there  – GB

According to Falkirk Historythe primary maker was Mr John Smith.

Below – The same trademark with a thumbprint to the top right. This stamp may be the same but the letters have serifs. It is also shaped to form an arch. Found by Eddie McLean in the Glasgow area.
